Most items purchased on Amazon Deals are eligible for a free replacement or complete refund within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.

You can cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping dispatch process:

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled instantly from the Your Orders page. A 100% full refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method.
After Dispatch: If your package has already shipped, you may refuse delivery at your doorstep when the courier associate arrives, or request a return pickup once delivered.
Automatic Cancellation: If any item is out of stock due to sudden inventory clearance surges, we will notify you and process a 100% full refund immediately.

Original packaging, price tags, and labels intact
Item must be unused, unwashed, and without physical abuse
Invoice / packing slip included inside package
Serial number / IMEI must match our fulfillment record
